Failure to respond to confirmation calls or messages may result in automatic cancellation.

3. Service Categories & Gender-Specific Services

Men’s and women’s services are offered through separate booking calendars
Clients must book services according to the appropriate category
H One Salon reserves the right to decline or reassign appointments booked under incorrect categories

This ensures service quality, privacy, and proper staff allocation.

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices displayed on the website or price lists are indicative
Final pricing may vary based on:
- Hair length, texture, or condition
- Service complexity or customization
- Stylist level (Stylist / Senior / Creative)

Final prices are confirmed during appointment confirmation or after in-person consultation.

All payments are due at the salon unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

We request advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling
Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings

6. Health & Safety

Clients must inform staff of any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or injuries before services

7. Service Satisfaction

Complaints raised after leaving the premises may not be accommodated
